This was something new for us, venturing out to ask someone we didn’t know very well to look after our home and our fur child, Jess, while we were on hols. As such, we were a little apprehensive. However, we really needn’t have been. From the very first meeting, Pippa completely put us at ease and the run up to going away, which can often be stressful, felt easy and calm because we knew Jess and our home were going to be in safe hands.
Pippa is warm, friendly, down to earth, great humoured and clearly very knowledgeable about cats, their needs, wants and little idiosyncrasies. Nothing was too much trouble and indeed Pippa went above and beyond to help out with a task that wasn’t even cat related whilst we were away. She also topped up our bird feeders and offered to get a few bits in for our return. It was SO lovely receiving updates, photos and videos of Jess, whilst the little extras she did for her (e.g. bring her a variety of toys, and give her extra stimulation 📦 🐾 🐈‍⬛ 🏀) were really appreciated. In summary, I couldn’t recommend Pippa and Impawtant Pets highly enough!

We love Pippa. We have loved her since she started looking after our very nervous cat 7 years ago Mr P. She had him (literally) eating out of her hand, when he wouldn’t even come and meet anyone else! She has such a way with animals and is just amazing and you know your fur babies are in the best hands while you are away. She now looks after our newest family member Cous Cous, who also loves her. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She is trustworthy, kind, caring, and sympathetic to all the little quirks any person or pet might have. (I also love that she gets down on the floor and blinks at scared cats to show she is friendly!!) thank you for taking such good care of my first babies Pippa, you’re amazing! Pippa has been caring for my precious fur babies for some years now. I call her their second mummy! Pippa is trustworthy, reliable, truly loves the animals and treats them as her own. She’s more than just a feeder, she gives them fuss and cuddles when we are away, a good brush and sends pics too. Awesome service from a wonderful lady who we found after not wanting to use a cattery. Having cats in their own home, cared for by Pippa is so much less stressful for the cats. Thank you Pippa!

My husband and I went away for a long weekend and through a recommendation, we reached out to Pippa to look after our cat and rabbit. She was able to kindly fit us in and before we went away, Pippa came over to meet the furries and go over everything she needed to know. She was very informative and we knew if anything were to happen while we were away, she would know what to do. During our holiday, she gave us an update on the pets and even sent a few adorable pics!
We came home to fed, watered and happy pets with full bowls and empty litter trays. Thanks Pippa for letting us have a worry-free holiday!
